Years ago, my health took an unexpected decline. A weakened immune system led to severe gut issues, neurological challenges, and intense anxiety. After pregnancy and a dental procedure, my condition worsened, leaving me chronically fatigued and unable to live as I once did. Doctors offered no solutions, so I took matters into my own hands, researching chronic gut dysbiosis and heavy metal poisoning.


As a single parent, I was determined to heal. I immersed myself in functional medicine, nutrition, and detoxification. Social media and online communities became my lifeline, where I connected with others, shared knowledge, and eventually led support groups. I focused on my body’s detoxification organs—kidneys, liver, and lymphatic system—learning to decode my genetics and create the right environment for healing.


Toxicity had reached a cellular level, draining my energy and compromising my endocrine system. For nine years, I researched relentlessly, detoxifying my body step by step. Supporting others through this journey gave me purpose, leading me down an entirely new life path. A fecal transplant improved my gut health, and clean supplements helped restore balance.


Healing is not linear, but the body has an incredible ability to recover. Today, through Supplanatural, I share my knowledge and offer clean, chemical-free products to help others regain health naturally—because true wealth is health.

Through the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading health initiatives, designing programs that focus on preventative care, and empowering individuals to take charge of their health. For me, wellness isn’t just a goal—it’s a journey, and I’m passionate about walking that path alongside others.


Beyond my work in health, I’m also an artist. Art has always been my refuge, a space where I can express, heal, and connect. Whether through painting or other creative mediums, I find inspiration in nature, human resilience, and the beauty of life’s journey. My art isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about storytelling, reflection, and finding peace in creativity.


Blending my love for health and art has shaped the way I approach everything I do. In fitness coaching, I focus not just on physical strength but on emotional and mental resilience. In my health programs, I weave in creativity to make healing more engaging and accessible. Every experience has led me to this unique path where wellness and art come together, allowing me to help others in a way that feels truly meaningful.
